Welcome to Snowmass! Click here to access all of the resources you may need for your day include ski area operation details, parking & drop-off information, and relevant public safety details.
When the sun goes down and the lifts stop spinning, you can choose to wind down or check out some of Snowmass’ after dark offerings. While this is a very different scene from the neighboring Aspen night clubs, Snowmass offers its own apres scene that can stretch past sunset. With community focused spaces, plenty of live music, and a robust events calendar that covers the entire village, you are sure to find something to keep your evenings busy.
When you’re ready to kick off your ski boots, trade them for a pair of bowling shoes at Slopeside Lanes. The cozy and relaxed alley provides fun and games fueled by hand tossed pizza and a bar. True to its name, this bowling alley is on the Village Mall, steps from the slope making it an easy stop on your way off the mountain.
For unique experiences that stray from the norm… Lynn Britt Cabin and Krabloonik. You’ve probably skied by Lynn Britt or seen it on the Village Express on your way up to Sam’s Knob. Accessible for dinners on Tuesday and Thursday via snowcat, with family friendly Chukwagon dinners Wednesday night, Lynn Britt is truly a unique on-mountain dining experience for date night or with the whole tribe. Krabloonik’s teams of Alaskan Huskies aren’t only adorable but also a means of transport, taking guests on a twilight sled ride fueled with hot coco and more instagram worthy shots than you’ll know what to do with.
The crown jewel of family fun at Snowmass is undoubtedly Ullr Nights. Select Friday nights throughout the winter, the Elk Camp Restaurant come to life for a fun-filed party under the stars. Dinner at Elk Camp is a destination of its own, add firepits for s’mores, live music, tubing and a ride on the Breathtaker Alpine Coaster and there really is no better place to be on Friday night.
In Base Village the new Game Lounge is the perfect place for kids to play. This new Base Village space has everything from old school video games to interactive art walls and a ball pit shaped like Zeigler Reservoir – where prehistoric mammoths were found. While the kids play, MixiBar and mix6 are located just upstairs, offering dinner, drinks, and live music.
There is still plenty of fun and games for adults looking for a competitive evening. For those looking to squeeze in a round of billiards, check out Zane’s. Want to test your brain? There is Trivia Tuesdays at the Ranger Station paired with native Colorado beers and their famous margaritas beginning at 5:30pm.
Nothing says apres like kicking back with some live music. Throughout the week you can satiate that need for more cowbell at Limelight, Ranger Station, Base Camp and The Collective even on the Mall every Thursday with Music on the Mall.
The only thing holding kids back from these activities is an early bedtime. Snowmass celebrates time with friends and family, all of these offering are date night, tribe, and family friendly!
