The Ranger Station is a slope side bar where the Snowmass Mall meets Fanny Hill. Located at the top of the Sky Cab Gondola, you can’t miss the sprawling patio and vibrant scene based at New Belgium’s Ranger Station. This cozy little bar offers reasonably priced beverages, delicious food, and a place where locals and visitors alike love to cozy up on a cold winter day or bask in the sun all spring and summer long. The Ranger Station is owned by longtime local, Wendy Harris. She inherited the restaurant and bar from a young local entrepreneur and has been happy to help it blossom ever since.

You will notice a very New Belgium forward beer menu. That’s because this little bar has a great relationship with the local Colorado brewery. Filled with some of the New Belgium classics and specialty brews, this small little corner bar is often the biggest seller of New Belgium beers across the whole state.  Don’t worry, there are also plenty of other beers available. There’s also a curated list of cocktails and wines to keep every après skier or biker relaxed and sipping.

While après is the scene of choice at The Ranger Station, you can’t skip the Tuesday Night Trivia. This theme-based trivia night keeps the après party going. Watch out for local celebrity teams like Rippin’ Hotdogwho will probably snake your pow line, and beat you at trivia.

The Ranger Station is not just a fun-fueled bar. This little restaurant shares out some of the tastiest food in the village including great appetizers, fresh salads, hot-pressed paninis, and a tray of nachos large enough to feed the hungriest of skiers, riders, and mountain bikers.
