Snowmass Tourism Announces New Weekly Music on the Mall

Après Music Series Coming Thursdays to the Snowmass Mall

Snowmass Village, Colo., (January 7, 2020) – Today, Snowmass Tourism announces a new winter music series, Music on the Mall. Every Thursday, starting January 9 through the end of ski season, Music on the Mall features outdoor live music during après on the stage across from The Stew Pot on the Snowmass Mall. Music on the Mall runs from 2:30pm-4:30pm in January and February and moves to 3:00pm-5:00pm in March and April. Performances feature Roaring Fork Valley musicians. The series kicks off on January 9 with John Carlin and Brad Manosevitz, and continues on January 16 with The Trio (+1), featuring Josefina, Tim Fox, Mike Facey and special guest.

“We are thrilled to add this additional music program to our strong line up of events and activities,” says Rose Abello, Tourism Director, Snowmass Tourism. “Our goal is to provide even more reasons for guests to stroll, shop, and enjoy the Village after skiing.”

In addition to Music on the Mall, guests can enjoy Snowmass S’mores, free s’mores from 3:30 – 4:30pm every day throughout the winter season, presented by Snowmass Tourism. Guests can find branded s’mores carts (which resemble oversized marshmallows and include step by step s’moring instructions) at the fire pits in Snowmass Base Village and on the Snowmass Mall, each serving up the classic s’more combination of graham crackers, chocolate, and roasted marshmallows.
