For summer 2027 travel to Snowmass and Aspen, travelers may use airports such as Denver International Airport, Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), Grand Junction Regional Airport (GJT), and Rifle Garfield County Airport (RIL). Getting from Aspen/Pitkin County Airport to Snowmass Village is as easy as it is beautiful, just 10–15 minutes by car.
Many Snowmass hotels and condo properties offer complimentary airport shuttles. Free, frequent public transportation is available via RFTA. There are a limited number of Uber/Lyft providers, and High Mountain Taxi is available outside the airport or by calling (970) 925-8294.
Departing from ASE
For departures to destinations within the U.S., we recommend arriving at ASE no less than 60 minutes before your flight if you have carry-on bags, and no less than 90 minutes before your flight if you are checking bags. For international travel, we recommend arriving 2 hours before your flight.
