Snowmass Tourism Offers Free Booth Space at Select Summer Concerts to Local Non-profit Organizations

Snowmass Free Concert Series Runs on Thursdays Through August 16, 2018

Snowmass Village, Colo., (July 3, 2018) – In an effort to support community organizations and to help them share their missions, Snowmass Tourism is offering local non-profits free booth space at select concerts during the Snowmass Free Concert Series. Snowmass Tourism is now accepting applications for 501(c)(3)’s to have a presence at the Snowmass Free Concert Series, Thursday nights through August 16. This summer, Snowmass Tourism will allow one non-profit (not including the charity sponsoring the bar) to set up a table and tent at the concert; however, the table and tent cannot interfere with concert goers’ event experience (no aggressive soliciting).

“The objective of offering free booth space is to help non-profit organizations communicate their mission,” said Rose Abello, Tourism Director, Snowmass Tourism. “Even though this is not intended to be a fundraising opportunity, we hope it will help raise awareness for the organization’s cause.”

The participating non-profit – and their tent location – will be announced to the crowd prior to the concert and again during intermission announcements.  Please email Kiesha Techau, Groups & Events Manager, ktechau@gosnowmass.com, for specific rules and guidelines and to check availability of booth space at a specific concert.

*Please note that due to certain sponsorship commitments, not all free concerts will be available for this program.
