Snowmass Village, Colo., (March 16, 2026) – Today, Snowmass Tourism announces the band lineups for both the new Mountainside Music Festival, June 11-13, and the 34th season of the Snowmass Free Concert Series, every Thursday, June 18-August 27.
“Live music has long been part of the culture and energy of summer in Snowmass,” says Julia Theisen, Tourism Director, Snowmass Tourism. “With the launch of the Mountainside Music Festival and the return of the Snowmass Free Concert Series for its 34th season, we’re excited to offer both visitors and locals even more opportunities to gather, celebrate, and experience great music in the heart of the village.”
Mountainside Music Festival is a new, free, three-day festival, kicking off the summer music scene in Snowmass Village, starting Thursday, June 11 through Saturday, June 13. Taking place on the Fanny Hill stage, the festival is a celebration of Snowmass and its musical legacy. On Thursday and Saturday, enjoy free glow goodies. On Friday night immediately following the festival, there will be an 18-minute drone show commemorating the Sesquisemiquincentennial, the 250th anniversary of American independence and the 150th anniversary of Colorado statehood. Collect a free Colorado flag from the festival, and watch drones light up the sky.
In addition to a robust musical lineup, free Colorado and glow in the dark goodies, and the American 250/Colorado 150 drone show, guests can find a vendor village at the top of Fanny Hill, complete with container bars and food trucks from near and far. No dogs and no outside food or drink are permitted inside the grounds during the festival.
On Thursday and Friday evenings, doors open at 5:30pm, with an opener at 6:00pm and headliner at 7:30pm. On Saturday, doors open at 4:00pm and features two openers and a headliner.

At the Snowmass Free Concert Series, guests are encouraged to bring a picnic, order to-go from Snowmass restaurants, and support local Snowmass businesses before or after the concert. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased from the Snowmass branded container bars, located inside the venue. Outside food, empty reusable water bottles, and sealed non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. No glass bottles, open containers or personal alcohol of any kind are permitted. No dogs are allowed.

As part of Snowmass’ destination management goals, both Spanish language signage and ASL musical interpreters will be at every concert and the Mountainside Music Festival.
Concert goers are encouraged to take the free RFTA bus from Aspen or the Brush Creek Park & Ride to Snowmass. Snowmass Village Transit also offers increased services around Snowmass during the concerts. Parking is limited in the Snowmass Rodeo Lot, numbered lots along Carriage Way, and in the Base Village Parking Garage. Remember to never drink and drive.
