Second Annual Snowmass Community Photo Set for Thursday, August 16 During the Snowmass Free Concert Series

Get the Scoop with Snowmass Village Town Council Before the Show

Snowmass Village, Colo., (July 26, 2018) – On Thursday, August 16 before and during the last Snowmass Free Concert of the season, the Snowmass Village Town Council and Snowmass Tourism invite guests and locals to join the Town for two exciting opportunities: “Get the Scoop” with members of the Snowmass Village Town Council and the second annual community photo.

 

Starting at 6:00 p.m., the Snowmass Village Town Council will host “Get the Scoop.” Members of the Town Council will give away free ice cream and will be available to meet and discuss any topic of interest. All are invited to come and connect with the Council, ask questions, provide feedback directly to their elected officials, while enjoying free ice cream.

During intermission of the Snowmass Free Concert Series, approximately 7:30pm, Snowmass Tourism invites community members to gather on Fanny Hill for the second annual community photo. Participation is encouraged, rain or shine.

 

Please wear a shirt/top in the color listed below to represent the decade you arrived in Snowmass.

“The community photo was such fun last year, many suggested it become an annual event,” says Rose Abello, Tourism Director, Snowmass Tourism. “More than 450 people came out to be included and we hope to top that number this year.”

The August 16 Snowmass Free Concert Series features Gasoline Lollipops, a folk/punk band based in Boulder.
