When you choose Snowmass Village for your group event or meeting, the hardest part may be choosing just one location from all the options. Snowmass offers over 70,000 square feet of traditional meeting space, from large conference facilities to intimate boardrooms. And that’s just on the inside! Unique locations abound, from historic cabins and on-mountain venues to tented parks and a golf course with spectacular mountain views. With 95% of our 32 lodges being ski-in/ski-out, participants will have easy access to activities and meeting spaces no matter where they choose to stay. In Snowmass, getting people to the meeting is just as easy as getting them on the mountain.
The Westin Snowmass Resort offers more than 24,000 square feet of meeting space in a dozen locations, for gatherings ranging from 15 to 1,100 people. The state-of-the-art Snowmass Conference Center boasts 18,000 square feet of varied space, including the stately, 10,800-square-foot Mount Daly Ballroom, with capacity for 655 to 1,100 guests. Additional distinct spaces in the conference center include a board room with seating for 10-12, an auditorium for 70 attendees, a meeting room with capacity for 100-200, and the 4,100-square-foot tented Garden Terrace (summer months only), with its stunning views of the Snowmass valley. The Westin hotel holds an additional 6,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting space, including a 1,600-square-foot conference room, the breathtaking hillside Terrace Deck, and a combined 2,400 square feet in the two Alpine Springs rooms, with their large picture windows and 1,000-square-foot deck.
Anchoring Snowmass’ Base Village is the Viceroy Snowmass, a luxury mountain resort with 24,000 square feet of event and reception space. The 5,600-square-foot Grand Ballroom, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an adjacent 1,000-square-foot terrace, is divisible into four smaller salons that can be combined into various configurations to accommodate events hosting 40 to 600 people. Two private dining rooms are within the new restaurant Toro to provide an intimate setting for receptions. In summer, the two Summit meeting rooms, at 1,000 square feet each, are fully wired and richly appointed for events that call for style and service. Additional outdoor spaces include the 4,000-square-foot Pool Terrace, with a grill kitchen, fire pits, and three heated cabanas, and the Vista Lawn, 7,200 square feet of open space that can accommodate up to 600 guests.
Operated by the Viceroy Snowmass, the Base Village Conference Center offers more than 8,000 square feet of modern, state-of-the-art meeting space in the heart of Snowmass’ pedestrian base area, under Hayden and Capitol Peak lodges. The elegant, 3,600-square-foot Grand Ballroom, with capacity for up to 360 attendees, can be divided into three equal sections. Four adjacent conference rooms — named for the four local ski mountains — range from 525 to 1,050 square feet, providing myriad configurations for executive meetings, receptions, and other group functions. There’s also over 1,500 square feet of convenient pre-function space in this self-contained venue, supported by the experienced Viceroy banquet and catering team and available to all groups, events, or gatherings.
Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, the Stonebridge Inn offers a cozy, intimate setting with a refined alpine ambience. The light-filled, 1,020-square-foot Columbine Room can accommodate up to 80 people, depending on the configuration, and can be combined with the adjacent Artisan Restaurant and bar, plus its 800-square-foot patio, for groups of up to 250. The Council Room, offering privacy and excellent views from its seventh-floor location, can host 70-110 guests in its 1,060 square feet.
A renowned slopeside condominium complex with convenient access to the world-class offerings of Aspen/Snowmass, the Crestwood’s extensive list of amenities includes customizable meeting space for various gatherings. At 1,200 square feet, the Independence Room features a full wall of windows, sky lights, a cathedral ceiling, and stone fireplace — the perfect setting for a formal meeting, refined dinner, or relaxed intimate gathering. The newly renovated, 870-square-foot Terrace Room works well for a board meeting, group breakfast or lunch, or break-out room, with a patio and adjoining lawns providing bonus picturesque outdoor space. A kitchen adjoins both meeting rooms, and groups may choose to use the Crestwood’s in-house catering department or an outside caterer to match their specific needs.
Adjacent to the slopes in upper Snowmass Village, the Timberline Condominiums are just steps away from the festivals, events, and activities that keep the area buzzing. Group meals and events can be planned on site at the Edge Restaurant & Bar, which seats 75, plus its summer courtyard with capacity for 50 and the adjacent 1,200-square-foot Sundeck — breathtaking mountain scenery included.
Nestled against the slopes of Snowmass is aptly named Top of the Village, a condominium complex offering delightfully unique meeting facilities. Ideal for up to 55 people, the intimate Fireplace Room also offers floor-to-ceiling views of the local mountainscape. Open the parlor doors for additional indoor capacity, and in the summer, add the picturesque 900-square-foot tented pavilion — set amid a mature aspen grove with lighting and heating capabilities — to accommodate up to 125 guests. The pool deck is an alternative outdoor option for 20-30 people.
Overlooking the Snowmass Golf Course and with access to other Snowmass Club amenities, the Villas at Snowmass Club also houses its own mountain modern meeting room, perfect for executive retreats or small gatherings. At 616 square feet, the room can accommodate 30 for a classroom-style meeting or banquet, 60 with theater seating, and 63 for receptions.
Woodrun V condominiums offer slopeside convenience in a serene mountain setting. The property’s 810-square-foot poolside conference room accommodates groups ranging from 30 to 40 in classroom or theater configurations, and up to 50 for banquets or receptions. Ambience is enhanced by a wood-burning, river-rock hearth and natural lighting from windows on two sides. An adjacent business center and beverage station, as well as parking for five vehicles, add to the meeting amenities.
Part of the Westin Snowmass Resort, the Wildwood Snowmass is a hip, retro hotel with 4,500 square feet of group space. The Bar at Wildwood, a 3,000-square-foot beer hall and restaurant with a fun, vintage design, can accommodate up to 350 people for welcome events and other group gatherings. A section of the bar, the Big Ideas Room, offers 727 square feet of flexible lounge and conference space with AV amenities for 20-70 people. Upstairs at the Wildwood, the 1,520-foot Noodle Bar can be used in various configurations for meetings, banquets, or receptions, for up to 150 people.
Home to the Snowmass Free Concert Series, Fanny Hill is a plug-and-play amphitheater venue on a gently sloping hillside with a capacity for 4,000 people. Available in summer only, it’s perfect for concerts and keynote speaker events, providing a 40’x36’ covered stage complete with trussing, built-in power supply, and ample connectivity options. Additional features include pre-set fencing, on-site port-a-potties and box office, and dramatic mountain vistas. Fanny Hill is ideally located in the heart of the Snowmass lodging community with convenient access to restaurants, bars, and shopping.
Fronting the vibrant, pedestrian Base Village and encircled by majestic mountain views is a 26,000-sq-ft manicured lawn — an ideal outdoor venue for large tented conferences, small concerts, and festivals of 1,500 to 2,000 people. With full power options and the ability to accommodate a mobile stage, the events lawn also benefits from access to the free Snowmass shuttle system, two gondolas, and an on-site parking garage.
Base Camp is an ideal spot for private parties! Inside comfort, huge outdoor patios, a nightclub and a restaurant all with direct upslope views of the Snowmass ski area. We have four (4) full bars, live music available, and a state of the art DJ booth, ‘Funktion One’ sound system and lighting. We can accommodate buffet style dining, a-la-carte table service, or customized options catered to your individual preferences and desires.
A destination in its own right, The Snowmass Club is a full-service resort set amid soaring mountain peaks and within minutes of spectacular four-season activities. Everyone from meeting planners to the bride and groom will find sensational options for a one-of-a-kind event. Sage Restaurant easily accommodates up to 150 guests, with tenting available on the 4,000-square foot patio. The 1,664-square foot Daly Room seats up to 120, while the intimate Club Room works well for gatherings of up to 40. Black Saddle Bar & Grille at the Snowmass Golf Course is a “green” facility with a ranch motif and indoor-outdoor options for a variety of occasions. Stunning Alpine Meadow is a 4,800-square foot outdoor venue for up to 350 people in full view of Mt. Daly.
Limelight Snowmass features 2,000 square feet of flexible event space from preconference areas and private dining options to traditional conference space. High-speed wired and wireless Internet access is available throughout all rooms and public areas for added ease and connectivity as well as modern audiovisual services and inspiring catering experiences. The Limelight Hotel Snowmass is located adjacent to the Base Village Conference Center which offers an additional 8,000 square feet meeting space including a 3,600 ballroom. The Limelight Hotel Snowmass can also help facilitate events located at Elk Camp and Lynn Britt Cabin both located on Snowmass Mountain.
