Snowmass Village, Colo., (April 10, 2018) – Today, Snowmass Tourism releases the full lineup for the 2018 Snowmass Free Concert Series. Celebrating its 27th season in 2018, the Snowmass Free Concert Series, June 9 – August 16, plays 10 consecutive Thursdays on Fanny Hill, in addition to two bonus Saturdays (June 9 and July 21). The lineup showcases reggae, soul, funk, rock, and more.
The Snowmass Free Concert Series kicks off on Saturday, June 9 with The Drunken Hearts, in conjunction with the Snowmass Rendezvous Craft Beer Festival. The second Saturday show occurs in conjunction with the Deaf Camp Benefit on Saturday, July 21 with renowned rock band, The Spin Doctors. Also joining the Deaf Camp Benefit lineup is Mandy Harvey, the deaf singer who brought the house down on Season 12 of America’s Got Talent. Thursday night highlights include Bono Bros. Band, Southern Drawl Band, and The Movement and more.
“This summer, the music lineup in Snowmass is better than ever,” says Rose Abello, Tourism Director, Snowmass Tourism. “With big names like The Spin Doctors and Southern Drawl Band performing during the Snowmass Free Concert Series, and Jack Johnson, and the Zac Brown Band at the JAS Labor Day Experience, Snowmass is increasingly renowned as a music destination.”

The Snowmass Free Concert Series includes à la carte food and drink vendors, and a Kid’s Zone at all Thursday shows, complete with face painting, hula hooping, and more. Concert-goers are encouraged to take advantage of the free RFTA transportation between Aspen and Snowmass via the Intercept Lot and the Snowmass Village Shuttle Service from Town Park Station (Rodeo Lot) to the Snowmass Mall.

The JAS Aspen Snowmass Labor Day Experience August 31-Sepetmber 2, features performances from Lionel Richie, Jack Johnson, Zac Brown Band, and Michael Franti & Spearhead. Additional acts include Fitz and the Tantrums, Gary Clark Jr., Bahamas, and The Record Company.
