July 4th Community Celebration Returns to Snowmass for Second Year

Enjoy Complimentary Lawn Games, Sweet Treats, Music, Giveaways, and More During the Evening Celebration

What: The second annual July 4th Community Celebration returns to Snowmass for an evening of patriotic festive fun. Guests and visitors alike are invited to celebrate the 4th of July in Snowmass Base Village from 7:30-9:30 p.m. with complimentary lawn games such as kickball, LED bocce, spikeball, badminton, and Frisbee; music by DJ G6; a scavenger hunt for prizes including glowing patriotic tattoos, LED rings, and more; free sweet treats from The Sled Mobile Kitchen, including ice cream, pie, brownies, churros, etc.; 4th of July themed giveaways; family entertainment including a bounce house; Snowmass S’mores; and much more. The evening also includes an appearance by the Bitsy photobooth, as well as American Circus Styles, where kids and adults are invited to learn modern circus tricks including face painting, balloon animals, and ribbons & hoops. The instructors will perform and teach their skills on stage, with additional surprises to come.

 

The festive affair coincides with the Snowmass Rodeo, celebrating 45 years this summer. Doors to the Rodeo open at 5:00 p.m. with the show starting promptly at 7:00 p.m.
