The Limelight Hotel in Base Village welcomes its second year in Snowmass as we kick off the 2019/2020 Winter Season.

Like its sister properties in nearby Aspen, CO and further afield in Ketchum, ID, the Limelight Hotel Snowmass boasts the same amenities with its own personality. Made up of 99 hotel rooms, and 11 residences, the hotel offers ski in/ski out access to Snowmass Mountain with breakfast included in the resort fee. For those looking for addition, off-mountain activities, the hotel has a fitness center, a five story exterior climbing wall, a game room, two outdoor heated hot tubs, outdoor fire pits, ski concierge and ski storage, meeting & event rooms, private dining room, and last but not least, a Limelight Lounge of its own.

  • Inside Trails (Guided Mountain Bike Adventure Starts July 7th) now includes complimentary cross-country bike rental for our guests. 4:00 –7:00pm.
  • Snowmass Bike Park Race Series (Starting June 30th) at the Snowmass Bike Park.
  • Snowmass Bonus Nights: Complimentary Elk Camp Gondola rides starting at 4:00pm. Lost Forest activities available for $47.00. Grill and live music on the deck at Elk Camp Restaurant.


  • Live Music at the Limelight Lounge 5:00pm–8:00pm starting July 1st.
  • King Yoga Jam Class on The Rink ($20 per person) 6:00-7:00pm.


  • Brews, Bands and Bingo (Starting July 9th). Enjoy bands on multiple stages throughout Snowmass Village from 5-7pm and bingo at the Collective from 6:00 – 7:00pm $10 per person starting July 9nd.


  • Inside Trails (Guided Hiking Adventure Starting July 3) Limelight guests only. 10:00 – 12:00pm. Our guide will join us at breakfast from 8:00 -10:00am to share hiking advice and encourage guests to participate.
  • Snowmass Artisan Market (Starting July 10th) 4:00–8:00pm in Base Village with a DJ.


  • King Yoga Flow Class ($20 per person) 9:30-10:30am on The Rink.
  • Inside Trails (Adventure Bike Experience) now includes complimentary cross-country bike rental for our guests. 2:00–5:00pm.
  • Live Music at the Limelight Lounge 5:00pm–8:00pm.
  • Movie Nights on The Rink. 8:00pm/8:30pm start time in partnership with Aspen Film. July 11th features Honey I Shrunk the Kids.
  • Social Saturdays on the Mall (Starting July 11th). Local music and entertainment, kids activities, food and drink specials and shopping. 5:00 – 8:00pm

Daily Happy Hour in the Limelight Lounge 4:00pm – 7:00pm

  • New cocktail menu featuring Lavender Vodka Lemonade, Bourbon Spritz, and the Tequila Honeysuckle and bringing back our house favorite: the Rum Pina Colada made with grilled pineapple and a toasted coconut rim.

  • Online ordering is coming soon!
  • New Limelight Breakfast and Coffee Bar available 7-10am daily.
  • Welcome Chef de Cuisine Danny Selig! Danny excelled as the Ajax Tavern Sous Chef in the winter season of 2019, and then transitioned to Banquets & Events at TLN for the summer season. He most recently rolled out the Limelight Aspen’s summer menu and launched Henning’s lunchtime grill prior to transferring to Snowmass. He is ready to take on the position of true local, living and working in the same town. His front of house experience is as diverse as his time in the kitchen after having managed the bar at Justice Snows, so feel free to consult with him on cocktail recipes and service standards!
