New in Snowmass
Santa’s probably sick of hearing it: topping wish lists around the globe is for Snowmass to get two new restaurants. And look! He’s delivering! State 38, named for Colorado’s entry into our fair union — and with a large whiskey list to celebrate that fun fact — opened at the base of the mountain on Dec. 12. Toro Kitchen & Lounge at Viceroy, with its Richard Sandoval-created menu (Tamayo, La Sandia), started serving pan-Latin cuisine on Dec. 14.
