Snowmass Opening Day 2025

Celebrate the Season’s First Tracks

Opening day for the 2025/2026 season at Snowmass is on November 27, 2025, and the season runs through April 12, 2026! 

On November 27, Snowmass opens the Meadows beginner terrain area only, served by the Elk Camp Gondola and the Meadows Lift. The Elk Camp Gondola is open for uploading and downloading from 9:00am-3:30pm, with the final download at 4:00pm. The Snowmass Sky Cab (The Skittles) is also open 8:00am to 9:00pm daily for transportation between Snowmass Village and Snowmass Mall. 

In addition to the skiing and riding available at Snowmass on Opening Day, the Breathtaker Alpine Coaster is open from 11:00am-3:30pm November 27-28, and resumes its weekend-only operations November 29 through December 12. Tickets can be purchased online.  

Join the early season festivities on Friday, November 28 at the Elk Camp Restaurant for the Opening Party, 1:00-3:30pm. There will be a holiday sweater contest with prizes! Get all the details at AspenSnowmass.com!
