Snowmass Mountain Bike Weekend celebrates biking during the first weekend of the Elk Camp Gondola and Snowmass Bike Park summer operations!
Over two days, bikers of all ages and abilities can find live music, local bike clinics, as well as Strider bike races for budding bikers. Guests are encouraged to get out and explore Snowmass’ 90+ miles of bike terrain to celebrate the unofficial kickoff to mountain biking season this summer!
Saturday, June 25th and Sunday, June 26th 1pm – 3pm in Snowmass Base Village
LOCALS’ MTB CLINICS
Kick off a summer of great riding in the Snowmass Bike Park. Premier Passholders receive two 50% off transferable vouchers for Intro to Downhill or Skill Clinics, as well as two transferable 50% vouchers for 1-day lift tickets in the Snowmass Bike Park.

SNOWMASS BALANCE BIKE RACE
Sunday, June 26th 11am – 1pm
Snowmass Base Village Rink Area
Calling All Kids Ages 1-6 years! Part of the Snowmass Bike Festival weekend, a NEW Balance Bike obstacle course will be ready for kids, ages 1-6 years old, to come test out their balance bike skills. All skill levels are invited, and everyone wins a prize!
The race takes place on The Rink in Snowmass Base Village – filled with cool obstacles that will build your child’s confidence and skill level. Come to compete or race just for fun!
Race waves are set up for the following age categories: 2 years and under, 3 years, 4 years, 5+6 years. Each wave will start with a warm up lap. Registration will take place on site between 10:30-11am on race day and is FREE.
Bring your own balance bike, or borrow one of ours.
Helmets are required – please bring your own.
