Located at the base of Snowmass Ski Area in the heart of Snowmass Village, Colo., nine miles from Aspen, Snowmass Base Village (SBV) is a $600 million mountain-resort development – the largest currently under construction in North America. A collaboration between three Colorado-based companies – East West Partners, Aspen Skiing Company and KSL Capital – this approximately 10-year project will add lodging, residences and amenities to the world-class mountain and resort.

The current phase of construction is expected to be completed in November 2018, and includes the Limelight Hotel, 55 residential units and a public events plaza. The master plan for SBV will create a mountain contemporary village that celebrates the surrounding landscape and outdoor lifestyles of Snowmass Village and delivers engaging, family-fun, experience-driven activities for visitors, residents, and locals, as well as ski-in/ski-out living experiences that cater to buyers’ individual preferences.
