As the final stop on Cochon 555’s 10-city national culinary throwdown, the Grand Cochon is where the winning chefs from each competition duke it out for the title of King of Queen of Porc, via nose-to-tail preparation of a 200-pound heritage hog. And this year, after five visits to Aspen, the June 20 finale expands to the Viceroy Snowmass for an evening of feasting, cocktail competitions, wine and spirit tastings and general revelry.
