Talk Mental with Me with Courtney Sanders

A discourse presented by Courtney Sanders on mental health struggles, developing resiliency, and finding the molecules that best support her brain.  Sanders lives and works in the Roaring Fork Valley and is passionate about creating a safe space to discuss life’s highs and lows.  Sanders shares her experiences on www.thebipolardivine.com if you’d like to learn more about her.

A hot cocoa bar and light appetizers will be provided at 6:00 p.m. so people can get comfortable and settle in.  The discussion will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a Q&A to follow.
